The 6406 mid volume inserter series includes a variety of configurations like Standard 2. The standard 2 is equipped with advanced technology that folds and inserts together saving time and improving productivity. The Standard 2 has 2 station configurations that includes 2 standard feeders and each feeder is capable of holding 325 sheets. The inserter is capable of processing 4000 envelopes per hour. The machine is also mounted with a high vertical stacker that holds up to 500 processed envelopes. The user friendly 7” color touchscreen control panel with graphic display for quick and easy processing.
AutoSet lets you load the envelopes and the inserter adjusts the settings automatically. The envelope and paper sensors indicate on control panel which feeders need to be refilled. The Standard 2 is convenient for frequent and recurring jobs as it can store up to 50 programmable jobs. Cascade mode allows feeders to be linked and when one feeder empties another takes over. The powerful folding capacity can fold up to 10 sheets at once in half fold and the fold types supported by Standard 2 are C, half, Z, double parallel and no fold. The eco friendly device is automatically put on standby after 1 hour of inactivity.
