The FD 6210 Special 2 is designed with advanced technology that folds and inserts documents simultaneously and offers user friendly features and flexibility. The processing speed of the inserter is 2200 pieces in an hour and the monthly cycle of the machine is 15000 and 20000 a month. The Special 2 is equipped with two sheet feeders and a special insert/BRE feeder and the special insert has a different roller that can handle glossy or thicker inserts. The Special 2 is a user-friendly machine as it is equipped with 7” full-color touchscreen control panel with graphical interface for easy use.
AutoSetTM for one-touch setup of new jobs by automatically measuring paper lengths, envelope sizes and fold lengths. The feeders can hold up to 325 sheets each and the feeder can be linked in a pair. When the first feeder is empty, the device switches to the other feeder and this feature grants you to just give command to the machine and do your other tasks. The device is eco-friendly as it puts the Special 2 on standby if inactive for an hour. The Special 2 has a clamshell design that allows easy access to the paper path and correctly reads OMR, 1D and 2D barcodes printed at any side on a document.
